Chef HERVÉ BOURDON is a token of prestigious culinary know-how. At Miramar La Cigale, your Traditional Restaurant in Brittany – he proposes refined dishes concocted with quality products from Brittany combining freshness and excellent flavours.

The restaurant proposes a gourmet lunch buffet (price €55 – incl. tax, service included) in line with the thalasso approach and philosophy. The buffet is divided into two SECTIONS, one is dedicated to wellbeing and health, the other places the emphasis on epicurean pleasure. Just a few steps from the buffet, a selection of seafood and smoked fish are proposed by a specialist with a suggestion of a hot dish served with vegetables fresh from the market. Thanks to the friendly and convivial ambiance, the buffet will contribute to liven up your meal.

CHEF HERVÉ BOURDON

Hervé finished first at the Ferrandi School of Catering in 1989. The same year he won the contest of best apprentice of France. Chef Hervé Bourdon now boasts a prestigious culinary savoir-faire that he has developed while working in some of the most reputed gastronomic establishments in the world.
