Our Chef HERVÉ BOURDON is the guarantee of a prestigious culinary know-how. It offers to the Miramar La Cigale, in your Restaurant in Brittany, a refined cuisine based on local products of the Region Brittany.
POOL SIDE : the restaurant proposes a wellness buffet for lunch, with a selection of creative salads and colourful verrines arranged on a central island designed in the shape of a sailboat. A few steps away is a buffet of seafood and smoked fish proposed by an expert waiter, with a daily offer of two hot dishes, one meat and one fish accompanied by vegetables from the market.
EAST SIDE : Le Safran with a cuisine that is always inventive, but more traditional. Open only in the evening, Chef Hervé Bourdon proposes a refined menu every day.
NORTH SIDE : The Ruban Bleu offers you every morning a gourmet buffet to start the day. Enjoy delicious local products with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean
WEST SIDE : The Gastronomic Restaurant BE (only in the evening) dedicates itself to offer you a well-being gastronomic, light, gourmet and varied cuisine with a predominance of local products.
